Our Approach

Substance Before Allocation

How opportunities are identified, reviewed, decided and monitored.

Process

How We Invest

Every opportunity follows the same sequence. Each stage has a defined purpose and produces the material on which the next stage relies, so that decisions rest on documented review rather than on assertion.

Origination

Identification of opportunities aligned with Altium's investment focus.

Screening

Initial assessment of commercial substance, sector relevance and principal risks.

Review

Detailed evaluation of the opportunity, structure and available documentation.

Decision

Internal approval based on the investment case and defined conditions.

Monitoring

Ongoing oversight of performance, developments and value creation.

Governance

Decisions Follow a Defined Path

No opportunity proceeds to execution without internal review and a recorded decision. Oversight continues after execution, covering performance, developments and any conditions attached to the investment.
